How to recover/reset a forgotten password in Trustmetrics?

If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain a new one by following these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to https://app.trustmetrics.me/login and access the login page. Once there, locate the "Forgot Password?" button and click it to be redirected to the "Forgot Password?" page.

STEP 2: Please enter your email address and click on the "SEND CODE" button.

STEP 3: To reset your password, simply navigate to your email account and locate the email from Trustmetrics titled "Trustmetrics Forgot Password" From there, you'll be able to follow the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account.

STEP 4: To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button on the login page, or use the link provided in the email. Then, you will be directed to a "Verification Code" page where you can enter the code you received via email. simply add your new password and click on the "Submit" button. You will be promptly redirected to the "Login" page. Enter your email and the new password, and click on the "Login" button to proceed.
